RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate a trained staff to provide quality service to all customers and our
service partners in a timely manner - Independent work from customer advice and quotation preparation to order
processing and billing - Well-founded troubleshooting and analysis in mechanics and electrics, with help from
provided workshop manuals and software tools (Vodia) - Provide status, service reports and recommend next steps to customers
- Build and manage team with assigning key deliverables in our workshop and on the
On-Site service, near Hamburg and worldwide
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Technical profession as technician, engineer welcome or minimum experience in field
service business / engine service business - Excellent understanding of engine- and transmission technology, mechanics, and
electronics - Long term experience working in engine service business at field, knowing specifics of
technology and brands - Successful experience in managing / leading technicians
- Ability to work with different types of people, understand wording and culture at field
as well as in management organization - Outstanding interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication
skills - Fluency in both oral and written German and proficiency in English
- Good ability to work in a motivated and solution-oriented team
- The willingness to travel internationally if necessary
