On 9 September CBH celebrate their centenary jubilee.

In the winter the company moves into the newly built workshops on Wendenstraße.

On August 1st, CBH becomes an authorized dealer for Volvo Penta.

In March begins the construction of the new company building in Wendenstraße.

On November 1st Carl Baguhn establishes the company by his name.

Foundation of SCN & alliance partnership with MSHS

2019

Foundation of Carl Baguhn Barranquilla. Christian Leibetseder takes over the management on the 1st of January, Carsten Körbelin supports the further expanding strategies of Carl Baguhn.

1st of April CBH takes over TETRACO GmbH. Martin Güldenpfennig strengthens the management. Miba agency

Enlargement of facilities.

On 29 February CBH gets ISO 9001 certified by ‘Det Norske Veritas’.

On June 6th the company buys the street 'Bardenweg' to expand further.

On April 1st CBH becomes an authorized Gali dealer.

On July 1st Karl-Friedrich Buck becomes CEO of the company.

The company moves to Glashüttenstraße.
