That’s why we at Carl Baguhn consider training new talents as a social and entrepreneurial duty – to maintain our competence in the long run and to give our youngest colleagues the best possible start into working life.
To make that possible we offer our apprentices many extras beyond the regular training schedule: Internships, trade fair visits, etc. And, of course, we take our apprentices along when working on-site.
